And proof that radioactive materials are seeping into our crops' groundwater...

look what was in our stash of east pleasant carrots today.

That's no cheetoh.  That's a radioactive two-toed baby carrot.

Once Upon a Time....

Dave asked us to get him a calculator with really big buttons, and we did.
Apparently, they were too big.

I love our crew...

which is why we need to harpoon one of them online with a ridiculous slow motion video of their bare-chested venture into icy blue bahama waters.

look at how happy he is!

Welcome

Hooray!

We now have an official blog adding to my many duties and letting us track all the super fun that goes on here. For example, today, David Wienstien bought 50 dumplings for $10, WOW! He then offered $100 for anyone who can eat the whole tray in 1 hour.  Madison tried, she failed.

We can also blog about work stuff, I guess...

This is for Hermann, or anyone else who hates AVID installs

Hey, use this guide to manually uninstall AVID. Use when upgrading, or when you fucked up your install and want to start fresh:

Note: Projects, users, and media files will not be deleted in this process. However, it is always best practice to backup your media and projects through any Avid upgrade process.

1. Close out of all applications.

2. Unplug dongle from USB port

3. Manually uninstall the following files from the drive Avid was originally installed to.

Folder Name: /Library/Receipts/
*AvidApplications.pkg
*AvidUninstaller.pkg (either "Avid Media Composer" or "Avid Xpress Pro")
*AvidLibrary.pkg
*AvidSystem.pkg
*AvidLECodecs.pkg
*AvidPECodecs.pkg
*AvidDIORuntime.pkg
*AvidCoreRuntime.pkg

Folder Name: /Library/Application Support/Avid (you might need to install ProTools again)
*Delete Entire Folder

Folder Name: /Applications/ (either "Avid Media Composer" or "Avid Xpress Pro")
*Delete Entire Folder

Folder Name: /Applications/ExpressStripe
*Delete Entire Folder

Folder Name: /Applications/Utilities
*UpgradeDriver
*Avid Storage Manager

Folder Name: /System/Library/Extensions/
*ATTOExpressRAID_Enabler.kext
*ATTORAID_OS10.kext
*Avid_SCSI_RBC.kext
*Avid_SCSI.kext

4. Empty trash.

5. Reinstall the Media Composer or Xpress Pro upgrade. If an error message reappears, go through the list again making sure all files were removed.

6. Plug dongle back in, update dongle if you have not yet done so.
